first training meeting activity “SKILLS”

Community Service and Training Unit of the Center of Excellence in Environmental Studies (CEES) has participated in the first training meeting activity “SKILLS” that was established by the Deanship for Alumni Students Affairs and was held during the period 10-12/1/1434 AH – 24-26/11/2012 at King Faisal Conference Hall. The center’s participation included an introductory presentation about the Sustainable Development in order to spread awareness for its concept, importance and its impact on individual and then the community. After the presentation, awareness and recreational competitions was provided in order to monitor the participants perceptive of the Sustainable Development concept. Also, the unit provided a definition of the unit and its activities besides clarifying the volunteer and cooperation program which was oversubscribed by students and graduates.
