Workshop on Environmental Pollution and Public Health in Abha Chamber

Abha Chamber for Commerce and Industry invited Professor Ibrahim Hassan, Head of Air Pollution Group at CEES to give a seminar and a workshop on Environmental Pollution and Public Health.
The workshop was held at Abha Chamber and was witnessed by number of businessmen, staff members of King Kahlid University, teachers, Engineers from industrial and Electrical Sectors at Aseer regions.
The workshop highlighted the hazardous of air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution and Microbial Pollution and appearance of diseases due to environmental pollution Solutions and mitigation were provided to avoid the hazardous effect of pollution and in order to protect our health It was recommended to carry out more workshops to increase awareness, especially in children and to implement the meaning of environment and sustainable development according to the vision 2030.
